Matte, highly pigmented, great product. Though it’s not smudge proof and that’s what i disliked about it. Also the brush was slightly uneven so i had a lot of trouble understanding the trick to make an even line. But once you learn the way, it’s great.

Nice jet black liner … I m using it first time after watching reviews of beauty bloggers they loves it in Affordable price… But it’s not smudge proof n transfer proof… If u like proper transfer proof smudge proof liners then don’t go for it ….if u ok with it then u can buy it

This eyeliner lives up to its reputation. Its matte black,smudge proof and water resistent. The best thing about lakme insta liner is that -only one coating/layer of it is enough..unlike other liners which i have used so far. Plus it is much cheaper in price than some hot notch liners up in the market but gives a tough competition to mostly all of them. It comes in a small 9ml glass bottle and believe me the product is enough to last for about 8months even if used daily.
