   Fine black
   Easy to apply
   Thin brush
   Liquid consistency but not runny
   Takes 0.5 min to dry
   One point that should be remembered : this is water resistant not water proof, so it wont be smudged while sweating, but it can be if a watersplash is thrown onto ur face or simply while raining
   Removing is easy, using micellar water or cleanser or simply facewash
   Its a good budget friendly eyeliner.

   First of all i love the packaging. Gives the perfect matte finish but it’s not water resistant as it claims. Needs to apply two coats. The only con is that the liner takes 2 to 3 minutes to completely dry.
